22Forty Event Scholarship Form
SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
• Applicants must be regularly involved in the activities of 22Forty and Prairie Grove Christian Church.
• Applications must be turned in to a 22Forty adult leader at least TWO WEEKS prior to the event's registration deadline.
• Applicants must be in good standing regarding previous balances for other trips and events.
Upon meeting the above requirements, each student's application will be looked at on a case-by-case basis. If an opportunity to earn scholarship money is available, we will communicate these opportunities to the scholarship applicants. Applicants who are unwilling to work and earn scholarship money will likely not be considered as a recipient of any scholarship funds. Also, keep in mind that scholarship funds are limited. But with that being said, we love our students and want them to be able to attend our events and trips if at all possible! We will contact you as soon as your application has been reviewed.
